History

History

Founded in 2016 by Liz and Scott Black, Artist and Programmer. Studio Bakajo began as a creative side project while Scott was working in Buffalo, NY as a Software Engineer and Liz was completing a Master of Fine Arts at State University of New York.

Now

The most recently developed project is Sutherland, a game in which the player senses and navigates gravitational movement. To save on costs while working on Sutherland they spent a year being nomadic, camping here and there, following the national forests in the United States between the Great Lakes, the Gulf, the Rockies and the Northwest Coast. They have since set up Studio Bakajo on an island in the Puget Sound.
